My recent stay at Indigo was pleasant and productive. The room was clean, equipped with USB plugs, and the large shower provided a refreshing start to each day. The staff was particularly helpful, ensuring I had access to fast WiFi, which was crucial for my work needs. The hotel's location is excellent, giving easy access to various meetings and local attractions.
Breakfast was basic and could use improvement.

We also hit up nearby eateries that were just a short walk away. The rooftop views were a highlight, and the location made getting around super easy. Perfect for a group getaway!
We were thrown off at check-in since our room wasn't ready until after 4 PM, even though we arrived on time. It felt frustrating after a long trip, but thankfully the staff were eventually accommodating.

The corner suite offered stunning views of the lower east side and even Brooklyn in the distance. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the space with light, creating a bright atmosphere throughout the day. However, noise from nearby nightlife can be disruptive on lower floors, particularly with the popular club upstairs. Despite this, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff stood out, making for a pleasant stay overall.

The Queen Room offered a comfortable bed and a nice desk area, perfect for a solo traveler. The hotel’s trendy design and spacious common areas were a highlight. However, service was inconsistent, and I found amenities lacking, with minimal room service options. Noise from the rooftop bar could be disruptive, especially late at night.

Great Stay with a Few Hiccups
Our family enjoyed a lively atmosphere and excellent service during our two-night stay. The vibrant neighborhood offered numerous dining options, and the onsite bar was a fun spot. Pro tip, request a higher floor for a better view and quieter experience!

missingWrote a review on Jul 12great locationcomfy bedfriendly stafflong check-inbar noisehidden fees
The location in the Lower East Side rocks, with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Room was pretty spacious, and the bed was comfy, definitely helped after a long day. Staff members were friendly, especially at the bar. Mr Purple on the rooftop had an awesome vibe, but it got really busy with non-hotel guests. One downside, check-in took way too long. I waited over an hour, with conflicting info about room availability. The noise from the bar upstairs was a problem too. it felt like the party was right in my room. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool and the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell at times. They also charge for pretty much everything, which caught me off guard during checkout with all those added fees. Overall, the ambiance and location are great, but the noise and service definitely need some work.

ideal spot for exploring new york's vibrant neighborhoods
I loved my stay here because it was just a few steps from the tenement museum and less than a 5-minute walk to chinatown, making it perfect for urban strolls and discovering local culture. the nearby bars and restaurants, like sweet chick and dirty french, added to the fun, vibrant environment that i truly enjoyed as a weekend traveler.

The bed featured one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever encountered in a hotel. The views from the room were incredible and the bathroom products added a nice touch to the overall stay.
Room felt a bit cramped, especially for the rate paid.
